Jean-Louis Lemoine
General Counsel & CAO - Delmar Systems
Jean-Louis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Louisiana State University (LSU) and a Juris Doctor Degree from Tulane University School of Law and is a licensed attorney. Since joining Delmar Systems in 2005, he has served as General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary. He is responsible for all of Delmar Systems’ legal matters including the review and negotiation of domestic and international contracts, the placement and management of Delmar Systems’ global insurance program, the management of any legal claims and oversight of Delmar Systems’ Human Resource and Risk Management functions.
